This Privacy Policy applies to the websites and games provided by Anawiki Games, including without limitation, www.anawiki.com (the "Site"), and the game development and analytics' services and resources provided by Anawiki, including but not limited to, various software applications, site profile services, game development analytics and game usage analytics, including users who access and use these services through a mobile device ("Services").

This Privacy Policy applies to information that You provide to us, or that we collect and/or generate through the Services.

Purpose

We try to collect as few informations about you as possible and what we collect helps us create better games, fulfil your orders, deliver requested services. We collect this data to enable us to optimize our games for you and for the device that you are using, as well as to deliver customized in game events, offers and promotions; to operate, improve and optimize our games and other Services; to provide access to certain areas, functionalities and features of our Services; to notify you about in-game updates, new products or promotional offers; to measure interest in our Services; For the other purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy, including for marketing and advertising purposes.

Playing our games

By downloading, accessing and/or playing our games or using our other Services, you consent to the collection of information about you by us. Most of this data comes directly from you or your device, such as device information, country and region, and game play information. We use this data to provide our games and Services to you, including for the purposes of optimisation, preventing fraud, customising in-game offers and verifying purchases. We may also use it for the other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including for Marketing and Advertising purposes.

Information collection and use

We do not collect personal information about you on our own. We use third party tools to enable cloud saves, analytics or serve advertising in our game. Without those third party tools and services we would not be able to provide you our game in the form you can play it now. When You install and play our Game, we may collect some or all of the following data:

• Unique device identifier generated from the device including but not limited to 1) ID for Advertisers (iOS); 2) Google Advertising ID (Google)
• Platform (automatic)
• Device (automatic)
• OS major (automatic)
• OS minor (automatic)
• IP address (automatic) - used to infer country information
• Install timestamp: it is the timestamp of the first event received from the app integrated with GameAnalytics, for that Customer
• Boot-up timestamp: it is the timestamp of when a user boots up a game

Additional data can be collected. The general data types that can be collected are:

• business events such as transactions made in the Game
• progression events that are used to mark a Player's progress or movement in the Game
• resource events such as the acquisition or spend of Game virtual currencies by the Player
• design events used to track Player behavior in the Game, which can refer to any aspect of the Game's design, including, but not limited to, level or character design, bonuses, social interactions, etc.
• error events such as any errors encountered by the Player while using the Game

Connection of Facebook Account

When you log in to your Anawiki Games profile using your Facebook account details, we will receive some of your Facebook account information. If you choose to play our games online, your basic Facebook account information will automatically be associated with your Anawiki Games profile. Exactly what information we receive is Facebook ID, profile picture and your name. If you do this, you will be able to use your account to log in on multiple devices and synchronize progress across those devices. Where available, you will also be able to see which of your friends are playing the same game and their progress through the games (and they will be able to see you and your progress), or access other functionality we make available in our games and other Services, such as inviting friends to play.

We will also collect the email account associated with your Facebook account and the name and avatar of those of your Facebook friends that are already playing our games. You can choose not to allow us to access your email address in the Facebook dialog box the first time at which you associate your Facebook account with your Anawiki Games profile.

Logging in with Facebook will not allow us to post anything to your page without your permission and we will not receive any information about your Facebook friends who do not play our game. If you do not wish your Facebook friends to be able to see you and your progression in our game, you can prevent this by disconnecting from Facebook from our game and updating your app permissions from within your Facebook settings.

We would recommend that you read Facebook's Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation) and review your privacy settings from time to time to make sure that you understand fully how your Facebook data is shared.

Advertising

Our games may include advertising for third party products and services. By accepting this Privacy Policy and downloading or continuing to play our games or use our Services, and unless you opt out of interest-based advertising as explained later, you consent to us and our advertising partners collecting and using information about you to improve advertising, targeting and measurement systems so that we can show you relevant third party ads in our games.

Limiting ad tracking

You can choose to prevent your device's ad identifier being used for interest-based advertising, or you can reset your device's ad identifier, by changing the settings of your device. Promotions and Competitions

From time to time we may run promotions or competitions during which we may collect certain personal information from you, such as your name, address, post code, email address or other information or content submitted in order for you to claim a prize. Those competitions will have their own specific terms and conditions, but we will use personal information that you provide in relation to that competition for the purposes of running the competition. We may also publish the names and entries of competition entrants. Retention

Anawiki retains the Personal Information we receive as described in this Policy for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

Information sharing or disclosure

We will disclose any information about You to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Anawiki Games or any third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable.

In addition, we may disclose information about You or Your Customers to third parties in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger or amalgamation, or the sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

Changing or deleting Your information

Under Data Protection Laws you have certain data subject rights including the right to: (i) request access to and rectification or erasure of Your Personal Data; (ii) obtain restriction of processing or to object to processing of Your Personal Data; and (iii) ask for a copy of Your Personal Data to be provided to You, or a third party, in a digital format. If Your Personal Data are erased or transferred to a third party , then Your Account may be deactivated. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of Your Personal Data with Your local data protection authority.

Confidentiality and security

While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to Your data will not occur; we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent such occurrences. We do not warrant or represent that Your account or any of Your information or Customer Data will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. We will retain Your information and Customer Data for no longer than is necessary and for the duration of the agreement with You and for up to 36 months following expiry or termination of this agreement.

International transfer

The submission of Personal Data by You or Your Customer via the Service may involve the transfer of Personal Data to countries located outside the EEA which do not provide a similar or adequate level of protection to that provided by countries in the EEA to. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that any Personal Data are treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Marketing

We may contact You periodically by e-mail or push notifications to provide information regarding our products, services and content that may be of interest to You. If applicable law requires that we receive Your explicit consent before we send You certain types of marketing communications, we will only send You those types of communications after receiving Your explicit consent.

If You decide at any time that You no longer wish to receive such communications from us, You may follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or opt-out of receiving such communications via the Services (See "Changing or Deleting Information", above).

Children

Our games are restricted to individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 13 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 16) years of age, and no part of the Website is directed to children under the age of 13 (and in certain jurisdictions under the age of 16). If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at support@anawiki.com.
